以攀枝花钛精矿为原料,加入一定配比的氧化锌,采用固相反应煅烧法制备具有光催化作用的多相复合粉体.利用X射线荧光光谱、X射线粉末衍射、BET氮气吸附法、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱、紫外-可见分光光度法对原料及合成粉体进行性能表征.主要研究了煅烧温度对合成粉体的物相组成、比表面积、光吸收性能及其光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,粉体的物相组成发生变化,比表面积减小,光催化活性降低.加入20%ZnO、在600℃热处理1 h制备的粉体具有最高的光催化活性,对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解效率达到90%.
