采用连续流变挤压成形技术制备了6201铝合金导电线材,研究了热处理制度对连续流变挤压成形制得的6201合金导电材料的微观组织、力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明:在T6热处理时随时效温度的升高和时间延长,合金导电性能提高,而伸长率呈下降趋势。经T8和T9形变热处理,β″-Mg2Si针状强化相析出和弥散分布,能有效提高6201铝合金线材的综合力学性能和导电性能。T8处理线材抗拉强度达到326 MPa,伸长率为12.5%,电阻率为30.7 nΩ.m,T9处理线材抗拉强度达到329MPa,伸长率为5.1%,电阻率为31.4 nΩ.m。

Conductive wires of 6201 alloy were produced by continuous rheo-extrusion.The influences of heat treatment on microstructure,mechanical and conductive properties of 6201 conductive material which is prepared by continuous rheo-extrusion process were studied.Results show that conductive property of the alloy increases and elongation decreases with the increase of aging temperature and aging time during T6 heat treatment process.After T8 and T9 heat treatment,acicular strengthening phase β″-Mg2Si precipitates and distributes homogeneous,which can effectively improve mechanical and conductive properties of 6201 alloy.The tensile strength,elongation and resistivity under T8 heat treatment reach 326 MPa,12.5% and 30.7 nΩ·m,respectively.Under T9 heat treatment,the tensile strength is 329 MPa,the elongation is 5.1% and the resistivity is 31.4 nΩ·m.
