本文介绍了一种新型的锥形方管的无模拉伸成形方法。该方法代替国际上通用的锥形方管生产工艺中的全部成形工序，同时完成变形热处理，提高产品的综合性能，解决了锥形钢管难于塑性成形的问题。该工艺方法合理新颖，设备简单，生产线全线计算机协调控制，是国际领先水平的创新项目，具有很好的实用价值。

One kind of new dieless drawing method for making tapered pipe with square cross section has been introduced in this paper, which replaced the whole working procedure of tapered square pipe production that generally and internationally used，at the same time completes the heat treatment, enhances the product performance, solves the tapered square pipe difficulty with plasticity forming problem. This technique is reasonable novel, the equipment is simple, and the entire production line is coordinately with computer control. It is the international leading level innovation project and it has the very good practical value.
