以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要单体,以2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)为增溶单体,以二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联单体,采用自由基胶束聚合法合成了水溶性微交联共聚物(PADM).采用FT-IR、1 H-NMR表征了PADM;研究了AMPS和DVB的反应加量、NaCl浓度、温度及剪切速率对共聚物溶液性能的影响.结果表明,引入DVB使共聚物具有优良的增粘和抗盐能力,DVB摩尔分率为0.7%的0.15g/dL PADM于45℃在淡水和7.5g/dL盐水中的表观粘度分别为376.9mPa·s和155.4mPa·s.另外,PADM也显示了良好的抗剪切和耐温性能.
The water-soluble microcrosslinking copolymers ( PADM) were synthesized by the micellar free radi-cal copolymerization technique,using acrylamide (AM) as the basic monomer,2-acrylamide -2-methyl-propane sulfonic acid ( AMPS) as the solubilizing monomer and divinyl benzene ( DVB) as the crosslinking monomer,and the copolymer structures were characterized by IR spectrum and 1 H-NMR spectrum. The effects of the AMPS and DVB feed,NaCl concentration,temperature and shear rate on solution properties of PADM were studied,and the re-sults showed that the PADM copolymer displayed good thickening and salt-resistant behavior due to the incorpora-tion of DVB into the coplymer. The apparent viscosities of 0. 15 g/dL PADM with the feed of 0. 7%( mol%) DVB in pure water and 7. 5g/dL NaCl solution were 376. 9mPa·s and 155. 4mPa·s at 45℃,respectively. In addtion,the PADM copolymer exhibited good antishearing and heat-resisting properities.
