水解有机硅高沸物制盐酸的过程会产生大量高度交联的聚硅氧烷固体残渣,利用该残渣与塑料的相容性,将其作为填料加入其中,达到增量与降低成本的目的。文中以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为例,对有机硅高沸物水解物/LDPE复合材料的力学、燃烧与耐候性能进行了研究。结果表明,有机硅高沸物水解物填料在基材LDPE中的填充量为20%时,复合材料性能较优。此时,材料的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率分别降低14.05%和34.00%,燃烧速率略有降低;而硬度提高9.03%,弯曲强度提高16.82%,热稳定性与耐候性也有所提高。
During the preparation of hydrochloride by hydrolyzing the organosilicon high boiling residues, a large number of solid residue is generated as by-product. Since the solid residue is compatible with plastic, it was add to the plastic material, in order to increase the quantity and lowering the cost. Base material in this research was low density polyethylene(LDPE), a series of LDPE/organosilicon high-boiling hydrolyzate composites with different mass ratio were prepared, also their mechanical, combustion and weathering performance have been studied. Further more the feasibility of hydrolyzed organosilicon high-boiling residues for plastic filler was discussed. When the hydrolyzed organosilicon high-boiling residues content is 20 %, the composite has better comprehensive properties than others. At this point, the tensile strength and elongation at However its hardness increases by 9.03 %, bending break of composite decrease 14.05 % and 34.00% respectively. strength increases by 16.82 %, thermal stability and weathering performance are also improved.
