研究了以氧化亚铜为防污剂的自抛光防污涂层在模拟海水浸泡过程中铜离子的释放及其在防腐/防污涂层体系中的分布规律.防污涂层在浸泡过程中Cu2O会与NaCl溶液反应生成Cu2+,并伴随着丙烯酸树脂的水解,Cu2+得到释放从而具有防污效果.浸泡一段时间后,铜离子的渗出率基本保持稳定并显著大于铜离子防污的最小渗出率.但防污面漆中的Cu2+也会渗人中间漆以及防腐底漆中,并且伴随着浸泡时间的延长,防腐底漆以及连接中间漆中的铜含量都会增加,并且与时间呈正比关系.
