为提高形状记忆合金复合材料的驱动性能,提出了一种新型栅格状结构的形状记忆合金复合材料。采用真空负压成型工艺,提高了形状记忆合金丝与基体材料界面结合的致密性;在电流激励下测试该新型复合材料在不同温度下的挠度大小,并与传统形状记忆合金复合材料进行比较。结果表明:采用真空负压法成型的形状记忆合金复合材料界面结合更加致密,在电流激励后界面处没有产生开裂;栅格状形状记忆合金复合材料驱动后最大挠度为53 mm,是整体结构形状记忆复合材料的4倍,且响应时间更快。

In order to improve the actuation performance,a novel shape memory alloy(SMA)composite with grid structure was developed. To strengthen the interfacial stress between SMA wires and matrix,vacuum press technique was employed to fabricate SMA composites. Under the electrical actuation,its deflections were tested at different temperatures and compared with those of traditional SMA composite . The results indicate that the interface between SMA wires and matrix is more compact. After actuation,no crack exists in the interface. The maximum deflection of SMA composite with grid plies reaches 53 mm,which is four times than that of SMA composite with the whole plies. Moreover,the response is more prompt.
