在含有O.75 mol/L Ni(BF4)2.6H2O,0.05~0.25 mol/ LFe(BF4)2,0.5 moI/L H3803,30 g/L NaBF4和0.5/L糖精的镀液中,以316L不锈钢作为旋转阴极,电沉积制备了因瓦合金箔.讨论了镀液中亚铁离子含量、阴极旋转速率、温度、pH、电流密度等5个因素对合金箔中铁含量及阴极电流效率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:Fe2+浓度0.15 moI/L,温度45~55℃,pH 2.5~3.0,电流密度18~25 A/dm2,阴极旋转速率600~900 r/min.所得合金箔光亮致密,柔韧性好,其Fe含量稳定在62%~66%,达到了因瓦合金的组分要求.
