根据唐钢炼铁厂北区#2烧结机和环冷机的运行参数,进行了烧结机与环冷机的能量平衡计算,并结合生产设备及工艺特点,分析和诊断了烧结工序的能源消耗状况。结果表明,#2环冷机存在着烟罩内串风严重、台车底部漏风较大的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。其节能诊断方法可为炼铁厂烧结工序的节能降耗提供依据。

Thermal measurements toward No.2 sintering machine-circular cooler of north iron making zone of Tangshan Iron and Steel were operated, energy balance calculation of sintering machine and circular cooler was carried out based on the test results. Combined with production equipment, technology and operational features, the thesis analyzed and diagnosed the utilization situation of thermal energy. The results showed that the heat dissipation of circular cooler was small, but there were disadvantages in it, such as serious cascade wind in the gas hood, severe air leakage at the bottom of the trolley. According to these disadvantages, efficient waste heat recovery-utilization and other specific measures and ways of reducing power consumption were put forward, providing reliable basis for further improvement of the technology and equipment.
