利用激光冲击波对LY12CZ铝合金表面进行了冲击处理,用X衍射法测试了其冲击后的残余应力.实验结果表明,LY12CZ铝合金原始状态的残余应力表现为拉应力,其均值为110~120 MPa,合理地选择约束层的材料与厚度、能量吸收层的材料、激光光斑参数与模式,冲击处理后的残余应力值为-50±8 MPa,达到了工艺要求的残余应力值范围(-40-60 MPa),实现了对LY12CZ铝合金表面残余应力的控制,有利于提高其表面涂层的结合强度.
