通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)在微波作用下改性稻壳粉研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/稻壳粉复合材料的流变特性.结果表明,PVC/稻壳粉复合材料为非牛顿性流体,增加稻壳粉的质量份及适当提高熔体温度能减小挤出胀大率.随着剪切速率的增加,挤出物畸变的平均波长和深度均有增加.当剪切速率为230 s~(-1)时,挤出物表面光滑;剪切速率为324s~(-1)时,挤出物表面有轻微的鲨鱼皮出现,有轻微的波纹状的畸变,呈蜂窝状;当剪切速率达到523 s~(-1)时,有明显的规律性鲨鱼皮畸变,波状物平均波长和平均深度分别达到90μm与20μm.提高温度、增加润滑剂及适当降低挤出速率可降低挤出物畸变的平均波长和深度.
The extrusion rheological properties of polyvinylchloride/rice hull powder (PVC/RHP) modified with methyl methacrylate through microwave irradiation were studied. The results show that PVC/RHP is non-Newtonian fluid, and the extrusion swelling ratio of the composites is decreased through increasing of RHP content and extruder temperature. With the increase of shear rate, the extrusion distortion of average wavelength and depth has increased, and the melt fracture of the composites will appear. When the shear rate is 230 s~(-1), the composites surface is smooth. But the shear rate is 324 s~(-1), the composites surface is of some sharkskines with slight moire aberration as honeycomb-shaped. When the shear rate is up to 523 s~(-1), the sharkskin aberration will be found, and the average wave and depth of the extrusion materials is up to 90 μm and 20 μm, respectively. Through adding lubricant and decreasing shear rate, the extrusion distortion of average wavelength and depth can be decreased.
