采用非溶剂致相分离(NIPS,nonsolvent induced phase separation)法制备小孔径磺化聚醚砜-聚醚砜(SPES-PES)共混超滤(UF)膜,对其进行性能表征,讨论溶剂、聚合物浓度、聚合物配比对膜性能的影响.结果表明,溶剂对膜性能的影响较大,用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)制得的UF膜通量和截留率相对来说都比较好;随着聚合物SPES-PES浓度的增大,水通量减小,对PEG10000的截留率先增大再基本保持不变;根据实验结果,共混UF膜的截留分子质量(MWCO)小于6 000 Da,其为负电荷小孔径共混UF膜.根据Matlab计算,共混UF膜的孔径为1.98 nm,其MWCO为3 060 Da.
