用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了不同混合温度和转速 下增容剂苯乙烯-丁二烯二嵌段共聚物(SB)对低密度聚乙烯/聚苯乙烯(LDPE/PS)共混物分 散相颗粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,混合温度为150 ℃时未增容共混物的分散相颗粒尺寸比200 ℃时粗大,而在150 ℃加入SB的共混物的分散相颗粒尺寸比200 ℃时更精细。在150 ℃时, 转速从30 r/min至100 r/min时,未增容共混物的分散相颗粒平均半径从3.1 μm降至 0.8 μm,而增容共混物在30 r/min时达到平衡颗粒尺寸0.8 μm,继续提高转速,颗 粒尺寸无明显变化。

The effects of styrene-butadiene diblock copolymer(SB) on the dispersed phase size of low density polyethylene/polystyre ne(LDPE/PS) blends at different mixing temperature and rotational speed were st udied by SEM. The results show that the dispersed phase size of the uncompatibil ized blends mixed at 150 ℃ is coarser than that at 200 ℃, and blends with SB m ixed at 150 ℃ displayes finer dispersed phase size than that at 200 ℃. When the rotational speed increases from 30 r/min to 100 r/min at 150 ℃, the average radius of the particle size of the uncompatibilized blends decreases from 3.1 μm to 0.8 μm, and an equilibrium phase size of 0.8 μm is obtained for compatibilized blends at 30 r/min. The phase size is not decrease further by increasing the rotational speed.
