以安钢第二炼轧厂3号连铸机为依托,对结晶器液压振动同步技术进行研究。分析连铸机采用的液压伺服控制系统的组成与工作原理,针对仿真结果引入PID校正控制。最终得出结论,3号连铸机结晶器液压振动采用的PID同步控制方案及其参数的设置,能够满足系统的快速性、精确性、稳定性要求。
With No.3 continuous Vaster of Anyang Iron and Steel Company’s Second Steel as the base, the mould hydraulic vibration synchronous technology were studied. Analyze the caster of hydraulic servo control system composition and working principle, PID correction control was induced aiming at simulation results. It is concluded that PID synchronous control scheme and parameter setting adopted by No.3 caster mould can meet the demands of swiftness, accuracy and stability of the system.
