采用浸渍共沉积法,以陶瓷纤维纸为基材,钴盐、铝盐或钛盐为改性剂,顺次经水玻璃、酸性盐溶液,制得了金属离子掺杂硅胶吸附剂.探讨了盐含量、温度、pH值等对改性硅胶吸附性能的影响.静态吸附测试及多孔介质表面分析表明:经金属离子掺杂改性,可以使硅胶吸附性能明显增强,BET比表面积、孔容、平均孔径明显增大;饱和吸附量及BET比表面积按铝掺杂硅胶、钛掺杂硅胶、钴掺杂硅胶及硅胶的顺序减少;前期吸附速率(1000s)、平均孔径及其热稳定性按钴掺杂硅胶、铝掺杂硅胶、钛掺杂硅胶及硅胶的顺序递减.饱和吸附量与BET比表面积相关性分析显示,掺杂改性硅胶仍以物理吸附为主.
