应用淤泥制备一种新型水泥基节能材料,探讨了淤泥对材料热性能和力学性能的影响,分析和比较了淤泥用于制备节能胶凝材料的可行性.研究结果表明,淤泥可用于制备节能材料,淤泥的掺入能显著提高这种新型节能材料的隔热效果.当骨料掺量为20%时,淤泥取代水泥掺量由10%增加到30%的过程中,试样的热导率降低了14%,达到0.261W/(m·K);由于外加剂的掺入为试样引入大量气孔,依据提出的导热系数的计算方法所得结果比实验测量值平均高0.065W/(m·K).因为淤泥不具有水胶凝性,所以它的掺入导致节能材料的力学性能降低.
Silt mixed with cement and aggregate can be used to prepare a new kind of energy-saving gel material,the influence of the silt on the thermal and mechanical performance of the material is discussed.Silt is suitable for energysaving materials preparation due to its properties when the dosage of aggregate is 20%,as the silt replaced cement change from 10% to 30%,the thermal conductivity decreases 14%,comes to 0.261 W/(m · K) .Compared to the calculated thermal conductivity value,the experimental measurements is 0.065W/(m · K) lower,as the result of large amount of pores brought by the admixture.As the silt cannot generate hydration products to make high-intensity,the addition of silt leads to decrease of the mechanical strength of the samples.
