在满足元素间混合热的要求下,提出了稳定固溶体团簇模型[CuNi12][NiFe12]1.66,设计出面心单相不锈钢00Ni40Cu3(Ni39.4Fe57.7Cu2.9at%),并且研究了热处理工艺对合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,退火工艺为800℃保温30 h再升温至1000~1050℃保温2 h后水淬的条件下,合金具有面心单相结构,在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有良好的耐蚀性能,自腐蚀电位约为-0.260 V,自腐蚀电流约为3.000×10-7 A/cm2,与同种条件下304(0Cr18Ni9)和316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2)不锈钢比较,耐腐蚀性能相当。
Ideally satisfying the requirements from heats of mixing between element pairs,a stable solid solution model [CuNi12][NiFe12]1.66 was proposed for designing a monolithic FCC stainless steel 00Ni40Cu3(Ni39.4Fe57.7Cu2.9 at%).Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of 00Ni40Cu3 stainless steel was studied.It is found that in the condition of air annealing at 800 ℃ for 30 h plus a secondary annealing at 1000-1050 ℃ for 2 h,the thus-treated alloys possess single FCC microstructure and excellent corrosion resistant properties in 3.5% NaCl solution,corrosion parameters being about Ecorr=-0.260 V,icorr=3.000×10-7 A/cm2,which are comparable with 304(0Cr18Ni9) and 316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2) stainless steels in the same experimental conditions.
