将17Cr2Ni2钢高温锻造,然后在850~870℃进行油淬和200℃回火处理后,进行渗碳处理,研究渗碳后材料的组织和力学性能。结果表明:渗碳层的组织为细小的回火马氏体,渗层均匀,厚度约1.3mm左右,渗碳后材料具有较高的力学性能,抗拉强度平均值为1 400MPa,屈服强度平均值为1 150MPa,表面硬度平均值为61.7HRC,心部硬度平均值为41.7HRC。
17Cr2Ni2 steel was forged at high temperature,quenched with oil in a temperature range of 850-870 ℃ and then was annealed at 200 ℃.The structure and mechanical properties of carbonized 17Cr2Ni2 was studied.The results showed that the micro-structure of carburized layer is tempered martensite,which is uniform with a thickness of 1.3 mm.The material has high mechanical properties after carburizing,the average tensile strength is 1 400 MPa,the average yield strength is 1 150 MPa,the average surface hardness is HRC61.7 and the average internal hardness is HRC41.7.
