为更好地评价变压器油的绝缘性能,对不同水分含量下的变压器油进行了工频击穿测试,分别利用正态分布、耿贝尔分布和威布尔分布等统计方法对变压器油的击穿电压进行对比分析,研究不同的统计方法对评估变压器油绝缘性能的适用性。结果表明:大量的重复击穿试验会使变压器油中水分的形态发生变化,从而使得变压器油的击穿电压升高;三参数的威布尔分布能够较好地拟合不同水分含量下变压器油的击穿电压结果,并且位置参数为评价变压器油的绝缘性能提供了直观的依据。

To evaluate the insulating property of transformer oil better, we tested the AC breakdown volt-age of transformer oils with different moisture content. Gussian, Gumbel and Weibull statistical methods were used to analyze the breakdown voltage of transformer oils comparatively, and the applicability of different statistical methods to assess the insulating propery of transformer oils was studied. The results show that the repeated breakdown tests can change the morphology of water in transformer oil, which make the breakdown voltage of transformer oils increase. The three parameters Weibull distribution can fit the breakdown voltage results of transformer oils with different moisture content better, and the loca-tion parameter provide a direct way to judge the insulating property of transformer oils.
