采用电弧炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→VD炉真空精炼→方坯连铸→轧机轧制工艺流程,对Cr-Mn-Ti系齿轮钢添加微量硼进行了对比试验研究。每炉钢水量50~52t,硼的质量分数在0.000 8%~0.001 0%范围内,铸坯规格260mm×300mm,轧制成130mm的圆钢进行对比试验。试验结果表明,保持Cr-Mn-Ti系齿轮钢主体成分基本不变或锰、铬含量适当降低的情况下,添加微量硼元素,可稳定和显著提高其淬透性。
Effect of boron on the properties of Cr-Mn-Ti gear steel produced by the process routing of EAF-LF-VI)- bloom continuous casting rolling was investigated. Tapping weight was 50t to 52 t, the boron content was in the range of 0. 000 8% to 0. 0010 %, billet with size of 260 mm)〈 300 mm was rolled to round steel with 4130 mm for the contrast experiments. The experimental results show that the hardenability of Cr-Mn-Ti gear steel added trace boron is improved when main components of steel is kept unchanged, or the content of Mn, Cr is decreased befittingly.
