对42CrMo钢进行磨削淬火试验,研究了磨削淬火强化层的显微组织和耐磨性能。结果表明:42CrMo钢磨削淬火强化层的显微组织以片条状马氏体为主,强化层的显微硬度达到了700HV以上;磨削淬火强化层的磨损性能较基体的有明显提高。

The grind-hardening test was applied on 42CrMo steel, and the microstructure and wear resistance of the grind-hardening strengthened layer were studied. The results show that the microstructure of grind-hardening strengthened layer was mainly lath martensite and the microhardness was above 700 HV. Comparing with the substrate, the wear property of the grind-hardening strengthened layer was improved obviously.
