固定化酶作为一种生物催化剂,能在较为温和的反应条件下,高选择性、高效率地催化某些化学反应,并且不会对环境造成污染.系统地分析和综述了适用于固定化酶载体材料的优缺点、制备方法、研究进展,并预测了这些载体材料的发展前景.
