采用高能球磨法制备了纳米铜/石蜡热敏复合材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(TEM)及自制温控光学测微装置等手段对复合材料微观形貌特征进行了分析研究,并探讨了铜粉和石蜡的质量比以及石蜡的熔点对复合材料膨胀性能的影响。研究结果表明石蜡在铜粒子表面包覆均匀,铜粒子的粒径可以达到70nm左右。铜粉和石蜡的质量比不同,复合材料的体膨胀量也不同。石蜡熔点越高,复合材料的膨胀性能越好。
Thermo-sensitive copper/paraffin nanocomposites were prepared by high energy ball milling micron-scale copper powder and paraffin.Their micro-morphologies and properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and self-made temperature control optical micrometer.The effects of the copper-to-paraffin ratios and the melting point of paraffin on the thermal expansion property of the nanocomposites was investigated.The results show that copper nanoparticles with a particle size of 70nm can be formed by high energy ball milling.These copper nanoparticles were homogeneously covered by paraffin.The thermal expansion of nanocomposites changes with the copper/paraffin mass ratio.The higher the melting point of paraffin,the better the thermal expansion property of the nanocomposites.
