通过DTA-TG,XRD和SEM分析研究了六钛酸钾晶须的生长机理,证明气相K对晶须合成没有显著影响,晶须的生长符合LS机理,低熔点液相的存在以及反应组元的扩散对晶须的形成和长大有重要作用;KDC法合成六钛酸钾晶须的反应过程中产生了中间相K3Ti8O17,其存在有利于固定K,防止K的过度挥发损耗.
