研究了添加0~20ω/%Al2O3的3Y-YZP陶瓷在300℃空气中和150℃水中时效的四方相→单斜相相变,抗弯强度、断裂韧性等力学性能时效前后的变化,并对时效机理进行了探讨.研究表明:水的存在加剧了3Y-TZP时效相变;空气中和有水环境,添加一定量的Al2O3对3Y-YZP陶瓷的四方相→单斜相的低温时效相变有明显抑制作用.
