回转窑结圈是一个复杂的过程，一直困扰着链篦机-回转窑球团工艺的发展。为深入研究回转窑结圈的机理和影响因素，针对煤气供热氧化球团回转窑结圈，将回转窑分为窑头、窑中、窑尾3段，根据每段回转窑结圈的特征，分别研究了各段结圈形成的原因及影响因素，并提出相应的缓解回转窑结圈的措施。
The ring formation in rotary kiln is a complicated process,which obstructs the development of gratekiln production.In the experiment of ring formation in the acid pellet gas heated rotary kiln, the kiln was divided into three parts,the head of kiln,the middle of kiln and the tail of kiln to study the mechanism and the influencing factors of ring formation.The reasons and the main influencing factors of ring formation in every parts are discussed,and the measures of eliminating ring formation are put forward.
