以3-缩水甘油丙基醚三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMOS)为偶联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了3种不同偶联剂用量的PI/SiO2杂化薄膜,并采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜表征了PI/SiO2杂化薄膜的化学结构和微观结构.结果表明:偶联剂GPTMOS的加入能有效减小SiO2粒子的粒径,且能生成更加紧密的SiO2网络结构;随着偶联剂用量的增加,SiO2粒子的粒径逐渐变小.

Using 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTMOS) as coupling agent, three kinds of polyimide/silica(PI/SiO2) hybrid films with different coupling agent contents were prepared through sol-gel method. The chemical structure and microstructure of the PI/SiO2 films were characterized by Fourier Transform In-frared Spectroscopy(FT-IR) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The results show that the addition of coupling agent can effectively decrease the size of silica particles and generate a more compact silica network structure. With the increase of coupling agent content, the size of silica particle decreases.
