文章提出了一种利用迈克尔逊干涉仪研究透明液体折射率受温度影响变化的实验方法。利用这种方法得到透明液体水从18 ℃~50 ℃的折射率变化曲线。该方法具有操作简单,测量精度高,测试温度范围宽等特点,并可用于多种透明液体折射率的研究,尤其是通过干涉环的吞吐可以形象地反映折射率随温度变化的动态过程。

A method of investigating how refractive index of transparent liquid varied with temperature by using Michelson Interferometer was proposed. And the monotonic curve of refractive index of water (an example of transparent liquid) versus temperature (from 18 ℃ to 50 ℃) was obtained. The process was operated easily and with accuracy. A wide measurement range of temperature was achieved. So it can be used for studying various kind of transparent liquid conveniently. Moreover, the change of the refractive index with temperature can be lively reflected by emerging and diminishing of the interference ring.
