统计分析了中国主要钢铁企业＂十一五＂期间专利申请情况,在国家大好形势的影响下,钢铁企业知识产权管理形势喜人。＂十二五＂期间钢铁行业应进一步完善知识产权管理机构、加强专业人员培训、加强专利技术实施转化、充分利用国内外专利文献和科技信息资源,使其在企业自主创新中发挥作用。
In this paper,a statistical analysis on the patent application of China＇s main steel enterprises during ＂11th five-year plan＂ period is carried out.With the influence of the China＇s excellent situation,the intellectual property management situation of steel enterprises is gratifying.During ＂12th five-year plan＂,steel industry should perfect intellectual property management institution,strengthen professional personnel training,and strengthen the implementation and transformation of patent technology,make full use of domestic and international patent literature and scientific and technological information resources,so make them play the important role in the independent innovation of enterprises.
