采用双十烷基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)对海泡石(SEP)进行有机化改性,制备有机改性海泡石(OSEP)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)复合发泡材料.采用XRD考察DDAC对OSEP的改性效果,通过SEM对复合发泡材料的泡孔结构进行观察和分析,并研究了复合发泡材料的物理性能.结果表明,SEP经过有机化改性后层间距显著增加,OSEP能够起到异相成核作用,可以改善EVA发泡材料的泡孔结构和物理性能.
