针对国内室内空气质量差,内墙涂料产品TVOC释放性能测试标准的空白,研制了60 L小型环境舱应用于室内涂料TVOC释放量的检测,舱体性能优良并已通过计量;参考国外标准探讨了利用环境舱模拟室内环境测定内墙涂料TVOC释放量的标准方法,通过实验确定了关键参数,并选用不同配方样品以该标准方法进行验证试验.结果证明:该方法可以判断内墙涂料的TVOC释放性能的优劣,并具有良好的可操作s性和可靠性,对我国内墙涂料TVOC释放量检测标准的建立具有很好的参考价值.同时得出TVOC与VOC之间没有确定的相关性.
