针对进口原油S含量高腐蚀严重的实际,用电化学和失重法研究方法,结合显微分析和X射线衍射分析手段,研究以柠檬酸和乳酸为络合剂的化学镀Ni-P镀层在Na2S介质中的耐蚀性。结果表明,利用两种络合剂形成的Ni-P镀层均为非晶态,其中以乳酸为络合剂的镀层含P量为10.04%,以柠檬酸为络合剂的镀层含P量为11.93%,在1.0%-2.5%的Na2S介质中,随着Na2S浓度的增加,阳极极化曲线的极化率增大,自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流降低。以乳酸为络合剂的镀层耐蚀性更好;两种络合剂形成的镀层在Na2S为1.5mass%时,腐蚀速度出现极大值。
Contraposing to the fact that the imported crude oil contains a large content of sulfur and causes serious corrosion, the corrosion resistance of Ni-P electroless deposits using lactic acid and citric acid as complexing agent respectively in sulfur-bearing solution was studied by electrochemical method, gravimetric method, microscopic analysis and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the two kinds of Ni-P electroless deposits are both amorphous. The phosphorus content in the deposit using lactic acid as complexing agent is 10.04%, and in the deposit using citric acid as complexing agent is 11.93%. As the Na2S content increases, the polarizability increases, and the corrosion current and corrosion potential decrease while the Na2S content is between 1.0%-2.5%. The corrosin resistance of Ni-P electroless deposit using lactic acid as complexing agent is better than that of another kind. The corrosion rates of two kinds of deposits reach the maximum value when the Na2S content is 1.5% and the maximum corrosion rate is 25 mg/(m2·h).
