采用偏苯三酸酐(TMA)对环氧树脂进行预固化处理,将预固化的环氧树脂与不同比例的尼龙6(PA6)共混挤出得到复合材料.通过力学性能测试和热重(TG)分析研究了PA6对复合材料力学性能与形态结构的影响.结果表明:当 m(EP)/m(TMA)=100∶12时复合材料体系的拉伸性能和冲击强度均优于相同条件下 m (EP)/m(TMA)=100∶24的体系;尼龙6的加入可以提高复合材料的力学性能和热性能.
An epoxy resin was pre-cured by trimellitic anhydride(TMA), and the composite was prepared by blending/extrusion of the pre-cured epoxy resin and polyamide 6(PA6) with different proportions. The mechanical properties and morphology of the composite were studied by mechanical properties testing and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis. The results show that when m(EP)/m(TMA) =100∶12, the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite are better than that of the composite when m(EP)/m(TMA)=100∶24 under the same condition. The addition of PA6 can improve the mechanical and thermal proper-ties of the composite.
