从太钢4350m3高炉对合理操作炉型的认识和调整过程出发,通过分析炉内煤气流分布、透气性指数K值、炉体温度和热负荷等影响和体现操作炉型的参数,探讨大型高炉实现操作炉型有效控制的措施。2011年太钢4350m3高炉通过在炉身中上部进行硬质压入,控制煤气流分布和合理匹配各项操作制度等,成功实现了操作炉型的合理控制和低燃料比生产。
From adjustment of furnace wear lines on 4350m3 blast furnace of TISCO, the effective measures to control the furnace wear lines was discussed through analyzing such operating parameters as gas flow distribution, permeability index K, temperature of furnace body and thermal load. In 2011, the low fuel rate and suitable control of furnace wear lines was successfully realized through pressing hard material in upper and middle parts of shaft, controlling gas flow distribution and suitable operating system.
