本文以铁矿石为载氧体,在小型流化床上分别考察了载氧体存在、气化温度和O/C摩尔比三个因素对生物质化学链气化过程的影响.试验表明,载氧体的加入提高了碳转化率,却略微降低了合成气产率.气化温度升高,碳转化率和合成气产率相应增大,CO和H2产率升高,而CO2和CH4产率则呈单调递减的趋势.随着O/C摩尔比的升高,碳转化率变大,但所供给的氧量有所提升,导致了合成气产率的下降.
