通过微波辐射法将丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺接枝到瓜尔胶的主链上,得到吸水性能优良的高吸水性树脂GAM.研究了微波辐射功率、辐射温度,辐射时间及丙烯酰胺用量对树脂吸液性能的影响规律,得到最佳工艺参数,此时树脂的最高吸水率为1454 g/g,吸生理盐水率为169 g/g,接枝率为980%.热重分析表明该高吸水性树脂耐热性优于瓜尔胶,证实发生了接枝聚合反应.

Super absorbant polymer GAM was synthesized from guar gum, acrylic acid and acrylamide through graft copolymerization under microwave irradiation. The effects on water absorbability, such as power and time of microwave irradiation, reaction temperature, the mass ratio of acrylic acid/acrylimid etc were investigated. Under optimal conditions the absorbant resin GAM has the wonderful water absorbant capacity: 1454 g/g of distilled water absorbancy and 169 g/g of physiological saline with high grafting percent of of 980 %. Thermogravimetric analysis indicates that with contrast with guar gum, super absorbant resin GAM has better heat-resistant performance which demonstrates the grafting copolymerization.
