研制了一种具有低肿胀高强度的氧化物弥散强化(ODS)型铁素体钢Fe-Cr-W-Ti-Y_2O_3,并对其抗辐照损伤行为进行了系统研究。电子辐照结果表明,Y_2O_3弥散氧化物质点在所研究的辐照条件下是稳定的,在辐照过程中形成b=a〈100〉和b=a/2〈111〉两种类型的位错环。在673K,当辐照剂量从5增至17.5dpa时,空洞肿胀由0.1%增至0.35%。在辐照区内没有明显的溶质原子(如Cr,W和Ti)在晶界偏析。
A kind of oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) ferritic steel Fe-Cr-W-Ti-Y_2O_3 with low swelling and high strength properties has been developed and its behaviour and characteristic of the irradiation damage have been systematically studied.Results of electron irradiation indicate that Y_2O_3 dispersed oxide particles were stable under these irradiation conditions.During irradiation,two kinds of dislocation loops with b=a〈100〉-type and b=a/2〈111〉-type formed.At 673 K as the dose increasing from 5 to 17.5dpa,the void swelling increased from 0.1% to 0.35%.In the irradiated region there were not significant concentration changes of the solute atoms such as Cr,W and Ti near grain boundacy.
