采用锥形量热仪(CONE)和极限氧指数法(LOI)研究了不同用量的氢氧化镁对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混硫化胶阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,添加氢氧化镁(MDH)的共混物的阻燃性能显著提高。随着氢氧化镁用量的增大,硫化胶氧指数增大,阻燃性能提高。锥形量热仪分析表明,随着氢氧化镁用量的增大,热释放速率和质量损失速率明显降低,热释放速率峰值出现时间延长,且出现新的热释放速率峰值。其中填充180份氢氧化镁的硫化胶火灾性能指数最高,综合阻燃效果最理想。
The influence of different content of magnesium hydroxide(MDH) on the flame-retardancy of ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVM) /nitrile rubber(NBR) was studied by the limiting oxygen index(LOI) and the cone calorimeter in this paper.The results indicate that the flame-retardancy of EVM/NBR vulcanizates is improved due to the addition of flame retardant.The more content of flame retardant MDH,the higher LOI is,the better the flame-retardancy is.The results of the cone calorimeter measurement show that the heat release rate(HRR) and mass loss rate apparently decrease as the increase of MDH content.And it is found that there are two peaks in the HRR-t curve and the time where the peak occurs becomes lengthened.The content of flame retardant MDH reaches 180 phr to gain the best flame retardancy.
