采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纯硅SBA-15介孔分子筛,并对盐酸的用量、硅源(TEOS)的用量以及晶化温度等影响产物质量的主要因素进行了考察.在此基础上通过后嫁接掺铝法将不同含量的铝掺入介孔分子筛SBA-15的骨架中,合成出Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛.通过X射线粉末衍射和氮气吸附-脱附分析等手段对所得样品进行了表征.结果表明,掺铝后SBA-15骨架的六方介孔结构仍保持其高度的有序性.
