采用粉体混合和预烧体浸泡两种方法对牙科用氧化锆陶瓷材料进行着色,并比较了着色效果及力学性能.结果表明,二者三点弯曲强度均在1000 MPa以上,能满足牙科修复材料的要求.添加Fe_2O_3的氧化锆陶瓷呈黄色,且颜色均匀,正反面色差小;浸泡VITA染色液的氧化锆样品着色不均匀,出现斑点,正反面色差较大,说明其着色的效果与预烧体的显微结构密切相关.用粉体混合的方法进行着色比染色液浸泡法更容易得到均匀、稳定的着色效果.
The article is to evaluate the colouration of yttria partially stabilized zirconia shaded by powder doping and immersion method was evaluated, and the mechanical properties and the microstructure of the samples shaded by the two methods were also investigated. Experimental results showed that the mean flexural strength of the two kinds shading specimens was higher than 1000 MPa, suitable for dental restorative application. 3Y-TZP ceramics doped by Fe_2O_3 was yellow, the color was homogeneous, and the color difference of the two sides was little. In contrast, the color of TZP samples immersed in VITA coloring liquid was asymmetric, spot appeared and the color difference of the two sides was large. It gave the clues that the effect of coloration was relative to the microstructure of presintering body. The effect of coloration was more uniform and stable by powder doping than that using immersion method.
