研究了晶体生长过程中的不同参数(温度梯度GL,晶体生长速度V)对Fe72.5Ga27.5合金晶体取向规律的影响.Fe72.5Ga27.5合金经过炉冷、空冷及淬火等热处理后,研究了热处理对<110>取向多晶合金磁致伸缩性能的影响,并通过微观组织分析进行必要的解释.结果表明:样品的性能与温度梯度和生长速度有着密切的关系.取向多晶样品热处理前后组织形貌没有明显变化,淬火后<110>轴向取向多晶FeGa样品的性能明显提高.
