以耐火材料废料、粘土、TiO2和BaCO3为原料制备了一种耐酸性能良好的陶粒支撑剂,并对成品的耐酸机理进行了研究.试验结果表明,BaCO3对成品的耐酸性能有重要影响,主要原因是在烧结过程中有单斜钡长石-BaAl2Si2O8生成,单斜钡长石-BaAI2Si2O8相保护成品的其它组分免受酸液的侵蚀.这种提高陶粒支撑剂耐酸性能的方法可以为提高国产陶粒支撑剂的耐酸性能提供借鉴.
