研究碳含量对Li3V2(pO4)3正极材料的晶型结构、晶格参数、密度、颗粒平均粒度等性质的影响.发现无定型的碳不会影响Li3v2(PO4)3正极材料的晶型结构和晶格参数,但对材料颗粒大小和密度等有较大影响,随着碳含量的增加,材料的平均粒度和密度都呈变小趋势.将材料装配成CR2032扣式电池进行充放电循环性能测试表明,碳含量对材料的电化学性能有较大影响.进行小电流充放电循环时,随着碳含量的增加,材料的电化学性能逐渐提升,碳含量为10%时到达最佳;高倍率放电时则要求材料具有更高的碳含量.
