采用场发射电镜观察了FGH97合金经过不同时效温度和时效时间后不同形态γ′相的演化规律。结果表明:不同温度下一次γ′相和二次γ′相平均尺寸随时效时间的增加存在最大值,三次γ′相平均尺寸随时效时间延长呈线性增长;550℃时效后二次γ′相由立方形长大为不规则形,分裂成为田字花瓣形或蝶形,而后沿〈100〉方向分解为小立方形;在750℃时效后期,二次γ′相出现边界融合现象,且小三次γ′相消失。时效后硬度值的变化与γ′相尺寸有关。
The γ′ phase evolution in FGH97 P/M alloy after aging at different temperatures for different time was observed by FESEM. The results show that the sizes of primary γ′ phase and seeondary γ′ phase exist maximum values with increasing aging time at different temperatures. The average sizes of tertiary γ′ phase increases linearly with increasing aging time. The euboidal seeondary γ′ phase grows irregularly and changes to the shape of four-leaf clover or butterfly, then breaks up into small cube along 〈 100 〉 at 550 ℃. But the boundary of second γ′ phase becomes merged and the tertiary γ′ phase becomes vanished at 750 ℃. The hardness relates to the size of precipitated phase.
