采用自然浸泡试验和电化学测试研究了等径弯曲通道法(ECAP)制备的超细晶铬青铜在盐酸溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,EACP加工可提高超细晶铬青铜在盐酸溶液中的自腐蚀电位,其浸泡失重速率较粗晶合金试样变化不大。腐蚀初期,超细晶铬青铜的腐蚀速率高于粗晶粒铬青铜5%~15%左右,后期则低出粗晶粒铬青铜5%~15%左右。扫描电镜观察显示,EACP加工改变了合金的腐蚀形态;粗晶合金初期的腐蚀形态呈现沿晶腐蚀,随时间延长逐渐向均匀腐蚀过渡;而超细晶合金始终为均匀腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior of ultra-fine grain (UFG) chromium bronze prepared by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) in HC1 solutions was studied by electrochemical method and immersion method. The results showed that the E value of UFG specimen was higher than that of coarse grain (CG) specimen, but the change of the immersion weight loss rate was small. The immersion weight-loss rate of UFG specimen was 5 % - 15 % higher than that of CG specimen in the initial stage and 5%-15% lower in the later stage. The results of SEM showed that the corrosion form was changed by ECAP process. Intergranutar corrosion was mainly happened for CG specimen in the initial stage and then changed to the uniform corrosion. Uniform corrosion occured for UFG chromiun bronze for the whole time.
