采用Pechini方法合成了FeMnNiO4负温度系数(NTC)的复合氧化物,所制备的粉体在700℃时便可以完全转化为尖晶石相.合成的粉体有很高的烧结活性,在1 150℃即可烧结致密.通过改变制备过程中乙二醇的含量可以调整粒径的大小和烧结体中的NiO相的含量,从而调控NTC热敏电阻的电学性能.
