基于价格优势,厚板坯连铸风电法兰用钢Q345E受到青睐,以替代价格昂贵的圆坯产品。连铸板坯替代圆坯的可行性,关键是其内部质量的控制,而动态轻压下被认为是改善内部质量的最主要手段之一。改进之后Q345E内部质量稳定,满足风电法兰要求,得到客户一致好评。

The thick slab casting steel Q345E for wind power flange is favored for the price advantage and is an alternative to replace expensive round billet products.The key point is the feasibility of slab as an alternative,and the most important quality is its internal quality control;dynamic soft reduction is considered to be one of the most important means which improve interior quality.After the improvement,Q345E steel internal quality is stable,meets the requirements of wind power flange,and has won good reputation.
