利用Gleeble-3500热/力模拟试验机研究了高温形变对E36船板钢高温奥氏体和随后γ→α相变的影响.结果表明,高温形变使高温奥氏体晶粒拉长,有效晶界面积Sv增加.高温形变促进γ→α相变,在740、880 ℃变形之后,在700℃保温1 s即可有铁素体出现,而未变形时700℃保温300 s才出现铁素体,使铁素体转变孕育期缩短两个数量级.而且材料经变形后明显细化铁素体晶粒,在740℃变形,真应变为0.36变形条件下铁素体晶粒尺寸可达到7.89 μm,晶粒细化效果明显.
