为了进一步改善Ni-P化学镀层的耐蚀性,扩大化学镀层的应用范围,在Ni-P化学镀液中加入FeSO4,制备了Ni-Fe-P镀层.通过扫描电镜观察和分析了Ni-P和Ni-Fe-P镀层的表面形貌和成分,通过2273电化学设备测试了2种镀层在3.5%NaCl腐蚀溶液中的动电位极化和交流阻抗曲线.结果表明:Ni-Fe-P镀层比Ni-P镀层的晶粒更加细小、致密,表面质量更好,有利于减少腐蚀介质渗入;与Ni-P镀层相比,Ni-Fe-P镀层在腐蚀溶液中具有更正的腐蚀电位和更低的腐蚀电流密度,镀层的膜电阻和电荷转移电阻更高,腐蚀反应阻力更大,镀层的耐蚀性得到提高.
