研究了Mn对Mg-9Al-2Sn合金在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能的影响.采用常规浸泡法、析氢测量法分析了不同Mn含量的Mg-9Al-2Sn-xMn (x=0,0.1,0.3)镁合金的腐蚀速率.通过电化学阻抗谱和微观组织表征深入对比分析了不同Mn含量镁合金的耐蚀性能及其腐蚀机理.结果表明,少量的Mn能有效提高该合金的耐腐蚀性能,当Mn含量为0.1%时即能显著降低该合金的腐蚀速率,当Mn含量增加到0.3%后,腐蚀速率反而有所升高,但其耐蚀性能仍然优于未加Mn的合金.然而,Mn的添加并没有影响合金的腐蚀机理.
